Shipping & Order Tracking
How do I track my order? Once your Lux Wix candles have been hand-poured and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your USPS Tracking Number. You can track your package by:

When will my order ship? Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and hand-check your order. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
My tracking says "Delivered," but I don't have my package. Occasionally, USPS may mark a package as delivered 24 hours before it actually arrives. If you still haven't received it after one business day:
