Shipping & Processing

• Quality Check: Every Lux Wix order is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure the highest quality.

• Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for production and processing (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping Timeline: Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.

• Carrier Delays: Due to high volume with USPS, please allow up to 14 business days for your package to arrive after it has shipped.

• Support: If your order hasn't arrived after the 14-day window, please contact USPS to open a claim and notify us at hello@luxwixcandles.com.
