Lux Wix Return & Exchange Policy
At Lux Wix Candle Company, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-poured products. Because our candles are personal care/home goods and are consumable in nature, all sales are final.
1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind," scent preferences, or if the product has been lit. We encourage you to read our scent descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass) or you receive the wrong item, we will happily send a replacement.

Reporting Period: You must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required: Please email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box.

Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a replacement of the same scent at no additional cost to you.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lux Wix Candle Company is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a tracked P.O. Box.
